Candle Painting Workshop

This workshop will be held on Saturday, May 25th from 10:30 to 12:00 noon at the Roxie Remley Center for the Arts. All participants will learn about candles and how to customize their creations using colorful wax and pressed flowers. Paint -N- Party

Come on down to the Roxie studio and just try it! This 2.5-hour session will cover the basics of throwing on the potters’ wheel. All tools and materials provided.
Memoir & Autobiography Writing Workshop

Have you ever wanted to learn how to write fiction, or how to craft better fiction? This class focuses on creating and refining focused, vivid, and arresting short stories. Your instructor is a professional ghostwriter, book coach, and editor who earned his Creative Writing degree from Georgia Southern University. You’ll also learn strategies that will help you successfully continue working on your fiction writing even after the class ends. NOTE: While this class does not focus on genre fiction such as Sci-Fi or Romance, the techniques you’ll learn can be applied to any genre.
Ballroom Dance Workshop
