Currently the Averitt Center for the Arts has rental opportunities in three locations. Our facilities have hosted everything from conferences and weddings to meetings and birthday parties ...and of course receptions—we rock the reception! Make your next event unique— host it at the Arts Center!

ROSENGART GALLERY
Call for information—this new space has already hosted a beautiful wedding and numerous lovely receptions. We hope to have detailed rental information online soon!

main GALLERY
This is the primary gallery in the art center located on the first floor. Fully accessible to the street, the space is ideal for small lectures and small parties/receptions. Tables and chairs are provided at no additional cost.
Capacity: 48 standing, 36 people with tables and chairs
studio & classroom Rentals

Second Floor, Main Building. This space is designed for meetings, training and instructional classes. The classroom space can be combined with the adjacent studio and the Statesboro Legends Gallery is perfect for small social gatherings.
Capacity: Four 6ft tables, 24 chairs. 30 standing, 24 people with table and chairs.
visual art studio
Second Floor, Roxie Remley Center for Fine Arts.
The eight visual art studios are provided for artists who need space to create original works or art. Rooms are equipped with sink, internet and LED lighting. Visual Art Studios are available to Arts organizations for a 6 or 12-month lease.
*Only the executive board of the Statesboro Arts Council may grant rental to an Arts organization. Non-related arts organizations whose primary function is not arts programming will not be considered.
2-D classroom
First floor, Roxie Remley Center for Fine Arts. This art classroom is perfect for an art class or a creative meeting space.
Restrooms: Handicapped accessible restrooms.
3-D classroom
First floor, Roxie Remley Center for Fine Arts. This art classroom is perfect for an art class that requires access to wheels and other 3d tools.

A new addition to the Averitt center! This space is a great place for small shows, weddings, and corporate events! This theater seats 70.
emma kelly theater
The Emma Kelly Theater seats 359. Please see rental contract for all available packages.
