Cardio and Strength Fitness Class
Instructor: Dr. Jean Marie Donovan

Location: 41 West Main Facility
Tuition: $5 per class
A fun and energetic group fitness class. Music-based, this class combines cardio exercises to improve your heart, lungs and blood circulation, and strength moves to build your muscles. All aimed at supporting a healthy body. Structured on a interval format, it starts with a warmup, followed by cardio moves and sequences with weights, bands and bender balls. Cool-down and Stretch complete the class. This is an intermediate-level, 60 minute class. Please bring water.
Stretch and Tone

Tuition: $5 per class
This is a low-impact, general-fitness course designed to increase strength, flexibility and range of motion. Cardio exercises are aimed at improving endurance and strengthening muscle tone. Yoga-style stretches and poses focus on strength and balance. This conforms to Silver Sneakers standards and is open to all fitness levels and Silver Sneakers members. Chairs are available for balance and use for any and all exercises. Sneakers are recommended. Mats are optional. Bring water.
Zumba Basic

Tuition: $5 per class
This is an easy and fun workout for all fitness levels. Using Latin styles of music and dance, this is the low-impact version of Zumba (also called Zumba Gold). Basic dance patterns will be taught, including Swing, Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, and Mambo. There is a longer warmup and cooldown than with standard Zumba classes. Zumba Basic is designed to improve balance, strength, flexibility, and aerobic fitness. Sneakers are recommended. Bring Water.
