Stretch and De-STRESS 

Instructor: Dr. Jean Marie Donovan

Dates & Times: Tuesdays 7:00 p.m. 

Location: 41 West Main Facility

Tuition: $5 per class

A new fitness class built on the basic principle that it is time to take back our lives. Stress damages our bodies, our health, our attitudes and our lives. This class will include deep breathing, gentle stretches, refocusing and energizing movements. Designed for a 30 minute refresher or a 60 minute class. All fitness levels. Bring water.

Group Fitness Basics

Explore the world of Group Fitness classes. Learn the basic dance moves of Zumba, try out weights, bender balls, and stretching. See how a fitness class can improve your health, strength and flexibility. All fitness levels. Bring water.
