DIGITAL ILLUSTRATION

Do you want to learn how to illustrate both traditionally and digitally? Well, do we have a class for you! This class is called Digital Illustration.

Join Dionna Williams as she uses both her graphic design and illustration backgrounds to teach you how to create stunning vectors of your sketches. This class is open to your own creative expression and Dionna will be teaching digital techniques for character design or single object (or person) drawings and full-fledged illustration. Artist of every drawing skill level are welcome.

Students are allowed to use a variety of media and programs to create their work.

Don't have access to Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop? No problem. Starting this next 8-week session, we're introducing a traditional illustration pathway. Dionna will still be teaching you techniques for character design, background design, and full-fledged illustration using traditional mediums such as pens, pencils, colored pencils, and markers.

The class will take place over 8 weeks and will result in a “portfolio” of pieces made during the class time at the end. Tuition is $150 ($125 for members) per 8-week session and the class is Thursdays from 5:30-7 p.m.
