This intermediate level class is designed for students who have at least 1-2 years of prior ballet experience. The hour-and-a-half long class meets twice a week and will focus on continuing to build upon the basics of classical ballet as well as adding more difficult steps, and will include barre work, center work, across the floor exercises. Students will focus on consistency in correct alignment and technique at the barre and in the center, development and strengthening of the muscles, adding more difficult steps, terminology, and combinations. Pre-Pointe is required for students in this level to prepare them for future pointe training. Prior ballet experience required (see director for placement)
