About the Show

Mr. Dinosaur is an independent, originals-focused Jazz Fusion project, taking pride in providing a wide variety of styles within the vernacular. Pulling influence from artists such as Kneebody, Sungazer, Pat Metheny, Arch Echo, and more, you can expect a diverse and dynamic repertoire that explores a multitude of musical palettes.

Based in Jacksonville, FL, the band has been active since February 2025. From local venue collaborations in hosting indie fusion nights, being regular performers at the Tigre Island Room in Fernandina Beach, FL, recording at WUSF in Tampa for their Studio Sessions, and their involvement with the City of Jacksonville’s “Jax Jazz Fest After Dark” Series, they are eager to discover new ground.
