About the Averitt STARS

Averitt Stars is a community theater group comprised of local volunteers who wish to broaden and advance the arts in Bulloch County.  The group was founded on March 30, 1998 and in 2006, the organization came under the umbrella of the Statesboro Arts Council.

STARS strives to present high quality performing arts events and cultivate public understanding of the arts. Monthly Stars meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of every month. We welcome anyone who would like to be involved in contributing to the cultural enrichment of our area.
