The Basic Package
The Basic Package is a three-hour rental starting from the time the facility is unlocked until the facility is locked again. An additional one-hour setup/rehearsal time prior to the event is included in this package for a total of four hours.

The Presentation Package
The Presentation Package is a four-hour rental. An additional two-hour setup/rehearsal time prior to the presentation is included in this package for a total of six hours.

Includes The Basic Package plus, two microphones and stands, Sound technician, Tickets (one set of general admission tickets), Use of stage screen (20-foot diagonal screen), Use of data projector, Use of dressing rooms, Stage lights set, Lighting technician for setup, Stage lights on/off and access to restrooms.
Cost $775 Non-Profit | $850 Commercial
The Performance Package
The Performance Package is a five-hour rental. An additional six-hour setup/dress rehearsal time on the night prior to the performance (5 p.m.–11 p.m.) or on the day of the performance (noon until 6 p.m.) is included for a total of 11 hours. The theater will also be available two hours before the performance for use by cast and crew.
